Getting to know a customer’s needs, their site, their people, their working methods etc naturally leads to improved levels of service and longer term cost improvement programmes. Many long-term agreements include KPI targets with agreed levels on continual improvement year on year. This allows procurement and engineering departments to accurately plan their budgets for subsequent years and saves the considerable effort involved in the re-tender process.

Thanks again for the quick response to our request for assistance with the control valve, the technician did a great job on Monday and was happy to assist us with getting the actuator into place before he left site, which was much appreciated. His efforts allowed us to make HRB11 & 12 available from 23:00 on Mon 11th and the remainder of the actuator work (coupling, oil pipe connections and commissioning) was completed on Tue 12th with HRB13 available from 16:15.

Can you provide final costs for the work to allow me to receipt the PO.

Thank you for the sterling work you have done on the valves, I know the Serck valves were in a very poor condition.Please could you forward over the reports electronically so I can put them on the database. A list of the valves that need rework would also greatly help us. (OEM parts, Plugs seats etc) Thanks again!
