Quality Policy Statement

MCE is resolute in that the services and products it provides for its core businesses meet or exceed all legal, regulatory and other requirements with it serviced industries.

MCE operates a culture of continual improvement encompassing all facets of the organisation.  Identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are linked to customer satisfaction and are cascaded throughout the organisation.

The General Manager has ultimate responsibility but has delegated daily management to the Management Team.

This policy shall be reviewed following changes to legislation, standard requirement s and/or changes to company processes.
